SONETO PALOMA

2 oz Tequila Soneto Blanco, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz agave nectar, Sparkling water, Grapefruit wedge

Place Tequila Soneto, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave nectar into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass over ice (salt or lime-and-chili powder rim optional), top with sparkling water, and swirl. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

SONETO PUNCH

1.5 oz Tequila Soneto Blanco, 0.5 oz lime juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, Soda water, Dash bitters, Pineapple wedge

Place Tequila Soneto, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass; top with soda and bitters. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

IN SONETO FASHION

1.5 oz Tequila Soneto Reposado, 0.5 oz ancho chili liqueur, 0.25 oz simple syrup, 2 dashes orange bitters, 2 drops molé bitters, Orange peel

Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.

SONETO TWIST

1.5 oz Tequila Soneto Añejo, 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, 0.25 oz green chartreuse, 0.5 oz simple syrup, Lemon peel

Place all ingredients, except lemon peel, in glass; add ice and swizzle. Squeeze lemon peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.

SONETO-RITA

2 oz Tequila Soneto Blanco, 1 oz agave nectar, 1 oz lime juice, Lime wedge

Place ingredients, except lime wedge, into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass (salt rim optional). Garnish with lime wedge.

BURIED TREASURE

2 oz Tequila Soneto Blanco, 0.75 oz orange-chamomile simple syrup (see recipe below), 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.25 oz spiced rum, 2 dashes bitters, Orange zest, Tarragon sprig

Combine all ingredients, except orange zest and tarragon, into mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange zest; rub around rim and drop into glass. Garnish with tarragon.

Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves and water begins to boil. Remove from heat; add 3 chamomile and 1 orange tea bags. Let steep for 1 hour, then cool.
